About your consultation

As a health coach, I believe in a 360-degree approach to health. I take the time to understand your health history and put together an agreed-upon plan to work on your most important and immediate health goals.

Before our initial consultation, you will be sent a welcome email and a request to complete a 3-day diet diary, which must be returned 24 hours before our appointment.

During the initial session. We will discuss your health history, which will include questions relating to all your bodily systems, including digestive, skin and cardiovascular health, plus a few more.

Through one-on-one coaching sessions, we'll work together to create sustainable habits that align with your unique needs and preferences. With practical strategies and accountability, you'll develop the confidence and skills to make lasting changes for long-term success.

A chance to get to know each other ask question and understand if working together on your health goals is a good fit for both of us . 

We will engage in a 6-week program, including our initial 90-minute consultation and a further 5 sessions lasting 45 minutes each. Each 45-minute coaching/review session is a chance to review progress against the agreed plan.

You will have completed a 3-day diet diary. We will take a comprehensive holistic view of your health history and prioritise your most immediate health and lifestyle goals. An agreed plan will be provided with supporting materials to get you started. The advice and recommendation we agree on will be based on nutrition and lifestyle choices.
